I’ve liked some Naturehike gear in the past, so I wasn’t expecting the checkout on naturehike.com to be the part that annoyed me. But it ended up feeling way more clunky than it should have.

My cart kept refreshing, the shipping cost didn’t show up until late in the process, and after I tried checking a discount code, I had to enter my address again. It also had that frustrating “that’s just our policy/system” kind of feel, where nothing was technically broken enough to complain about, but the whole thing still wasted my time.

The order did eventually go through, so it wasn’t a total disaster. Still, for a normal online purchase, it took longer than it should have and left me irritated by the end.

The packaging itself was actually decent, but the box showed up dented, which was kind of annoying. Like, can it not get tossed around so much? Thankfully everything inside was fine and packed well enough, so it wasn’t a huge deal in the end

I bought a Naturehike tent for a weekend camping trip, and at first it seemed totally fine. Setup was easy enough and it looked like it would do the job. But then the rain started, and this is where it got annoying. Water began sneaking in around the seams quickly, and once the wind picked up, the fly didn’t feel all that secure either. I think it’s probably okay for dry summer trips or very mild weather, but I wouldn’t trust it if the forecast looked rough. For the price, I was a bit disappointed.

I was disappointed with this. It has a really cheap feel to it, especially considering how much I paid. It’s not even about that I expected something super high-end, I just expected it to feel a little more solid and worth the price

Not gonna lie, the return process was a headache. It took more effort than I expected and wasn’t as smooth or simple as it should’ve been.

I tried placing an order a couple of times, and some items looked available at first but ended up being out of stock later. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it was a little frustrating since I was trying to plan for a trip. Hopefully the stock updates get a bit more accurate.

I ordered a sleeping pad from naturehike.com for a camping trip, it was way more comfortable than I expected. I slept really well both nights, like really well, and woke up with no sore back at all. It was also easy to pack back up, which I really appreciated. Happy with it overall

I’m happy with this tent so far. It feels solid when set up, and I didn’t notice any bad stitching or weird loose seams, which was the main thing I was checking for. Overall, yeah… it seems well made and I’m glad I got it.

The site was easy to get around and I found what I needed quickly. Pages loaded fast, and checkout was simple. I did have to double-check the sizing once, though, because the details made it seem clearer than it actually was. Overall it worked fine, but I did feel a little misled at that point...

My Naturehike order showed up just like I picked it online, right size, right color, and everything included. that was a nice relief since I’ve had mix-ups with other sites before. Super easy, no stress, and I’m happy with it

I bought a tent from naturehike, and I’ll be honest, setting it up wasn’t as easy as I expected. I’m usually patient with this kind of stuff, so I don’t think I was being unreasonable, but the poles and clips were confusing at first and the instructions felt a little too basic. Once I finally got it up, the tent was fine, but the setup took way longer than I planned. Maybe it gets easier after using it a few times, but for what was supposed to be a simple camping trip, it ended up being frustrating.

I ordered my usual size it fit really nicely. It wasn’t too tight or uncomfortable, and I could move around in it without feeling restricted. Overall, I’d say the sizing is spot-on and I’m happy with it

I picked up a tent from Naturehike for weekend hikes and so far I’m happy with it. It’s really light which was the main thing I needed and it packs down without taking up much space. Delivery was okay not super quick but not bad either. The tent feels good quality so far. I’d give it 4 stars because the instructions could definitely be a bit clearer

I ordered a tent from naturehike, and overall the listing was close. The size and general weight seemed right, and the photos looked like what actually showed up, so I wasn’t caught off guard or anything.
That said, a few details felt a little off. The packed size, I mean, the packed size didn’t seem quite as accurate, and a couple of smaller features weren’t shown very clearly. It wasn’t a bad experience, just more of an okay one, and I do think the product pages could be a bit more exact.

It took longer than I expected to get things moving, but once I got help, it was actually useful. For me, it felt like the process wasn’t the fastest, but the support made up for it in the end.

I’m always a little nervous about ordering stuff online because I worry I’m going to get fooled or the package won’t show up. But the tracking was really easy to follow and I got updates often, which made me feel more confident. The package arrived just fine, no issues
